I need to know do these guys molt every month or so? I have a a. avic i have had since ohhhh about may 2009 and it is 2 inches and has not molted once, just like to know if anyone's has taken a while to molt? I have no idea what sex it...
I agree with him , i have 2 snakes i do not use heaters with them at all , infact i have a porcelain vase for my blackmilksnake because she does not like the hot she will push herself out of her TAPED up enclosure just to prove her point. I saw you are in california you shouldnt have any problem...
I use a oil heater and keep my room 73+ with a humidifier(gets really dry during winter it works out nicely) , if you can stand it just get one! I dont like putting things on the bottom of my tanks it makes me nervous ;l
I agree on bdubia, I started a b. dubia roach colony in april 09 best thing i have ever done considering up here they only sell those stupid cricket lunch boxes that rip you off because only 4 survive. UG And i hate how bad crickets smell and chirp, and baby dubias remind me of uncurled pill...
I use my bed , i guess what you use to transfer is all about opinion and what works for you and as long as your cautious if you are going to use a bathtub just be careful what you use and give it plenty of time to air out.

I was going to feed my baby bearded dragon and i had some nymph roaches so i decided to get my gbb out to give her a snack , i opened the top off and she bolted onto the floor then started climbing up the wall and i was fearful for her to not fall so i had my hand under her with every climb...
