Robc ,my T Blondi is very large also ,but the problem I am having or maybe I shouldnt say its a problem is that she just will not eat dubia roachs and prefers either mice ,small rats , dwarf hamsters ,or small reptile prey such as anoles, I noticed that she has gotten bigger molts after she has now chosen to feed on these larger prey items,do you think the size of a female T Blondi has to do with the prey they feed on?I am thinking if they are feeding on larger prey and getting much more nutrient than maybe dubia roachs can provide that these giants spiders would grow larger ,mine seem to have larger molt after feeding on this larger varied diet ,now they refuse the dubia roachs even if a few are left in there enclosures, they are eventualy removed and placed back into my feeder colony for my other T species to feed on ,maybe we should do a experiment on prey selection and T growth?
