What is the harm in releasing Regal Jumpers in Texas where they aren't native?

Sell them, give them away or let them eat each other till there's only one or so left.
Please don't release them for the replies posted above.

Aside from the countless natural reasons not to risk the environment.

This is also one of many reasons the pet trade is getting more regulate, invasive/naturalized species. When people do this, there are very few legitimate arguments that can be made not to further regulate the pet trade.

Governments spend billions on fumigation and other sanitary systems to stop exactly this. our food, raw meterials etc are all dosed to try and stop this. If someone at a pet store undoes that effort....ouch.

Never assume something can't survive, adapt and evolve. It is literally the way life works as we know.

According to this, they’re in Texas not sure how legit this information is.
