This is the best way for stress your spider and (maybe) end bitten. And for what...?It went in its hide, so now I have to bring the t out and clean it
No, you don't have to, just leave it alone. It went in its hide, so now I have to bring the t out and clean it
I would advise the opposite. Even if you feel the need to clean the poop for reasons based on only aesthetics at least spot clean without moving the TIt went in its hide, so now I have to bring the t out and clean it
I think your T should be fine if you leave it alone in it's hide. But it's in its hide
Huh are you trying to clean the substrate or the T? As many more experienced then me have mentioned just let it be. If you really need to scoop the poop best time would be when it's in the hide. Use long tongs. But it's in its hide
I think he meant the poop is in the tarantula's hide.I think your T should be fine if you leave it alone in it's hide.
I know I just meant the T would be fine if he left it alone and didn't clean the poop right now.I think he meant the poop is in the tarantula's hide.
So thats who they are try to imitate....and i thought it was Picasso.Just leave it be, you only need to remove boli (uneaten remains of prey) as/when you find them, the only time I ever clean crap from an enclosure is when my arboreals try to turn the front door of the enclosure into a Jackson Pollock painting or crap in the water dish.
In my more humid enclosures (where it could actually start to mould) I have springtails which feed on the crap/boli/mould so it's not even a problem there.
