Great specimen! They’re so gorgeous, but a little too large and aggressive for me to ever own one.

This is my T. blondi female freshly molted in her big enclosure. I've been keeping her for 3 years from back then when she was young. I'm beginning to be a little more creative about her set up now...here are some photos.
She uses her retreat a lot and the plant is growing slowly...

Tell us more...

She sure is big and beautiful! Did you make that cage? What are you using for the lid? What mixture are you using for the substrate? I bet that Pothos plant takes right off and gives your cage some nice cover. I love Pothos for easy, low maintenance, low light plants in cages.

Hi,

I bought the glass pieces and then build the cage (60cm x 35cm x 20cm tall) with silicone. As for the lid, which doesn't appear actually in the photos :D I've made it with wood and the metallic mosquito thing (I don't know the term in english  )
I use peat moss (sphagnum) 70% and 30% vermiculite mix.

lol...no problem :).

By the way, very nice pink colors on that T. I haven't seen that before on a blondi, although I haven't had much experience with them.

That's a nice animal mate. But would you do yourself a favor? Take a pic of her next to a ruler to prove 10" size. There's always discussions regarding size, so a molt or a valid pic would say it all...

I will post a pic of the molt, the ruler is metallic so it can't be read that well, but I'll do the favor for you and post it anyway!!! ;)
Anyway I prefer the body lenght measure! :D

There you go. I tried to make more clear where the flash didn't get it around the 9 - 10 inch mark. But well...is kinda crapy pic, the flash and metallic ruler didn't help... Anyway, you can see the 9 inch mark, you see it exceeds that mark by almost an inch. This is the molt and she gained a little size so now as she grew about half inch, she reached 10''...

3rd molt since I've had it. It's about 8" now. Half of one of its fangs didn't come in :( Has been laying around in very weird positions since {D

Yep - bigger than the 1st one from yesterday. And I think she's a lot prettier...she's CB. I didn't want to put her through a lot of stress trying to measure her - she was tired from her journey. But she stretched across our floor tile with ease. She's much thicker than the other female...her body is about the same length but she's much wider. Her head is huge...look at the quarter sitting next to her. I tried to use gloves at first but ended up picking her up with my bare hands...she didn't throw one hair, so no itches! She did show her fangs a bit but no aggression. I think this is about as big as you're going to see...except maybe for Ryan's (Talkenlate04)...his looks huge in the pics. One of the reasons I got into Blondi's - thanks Ryan...now I can blame all my itches on you!

Here's some pics - enjoy!!

She's diagnal to the tile here (the tile is 12" diaganally):

She makes a quarter look little:

Here she is next to our daughter's hand (brave girl!):

Pics of her in her new home:

Looking for a hug...any volunteers?

Again...Big Fangs!

A little body measurement:
