This specific one is known as the Hispaniola Red Giant. It gets significantly larger than the Florida locales which max out around 7-8 inches. These Red Giants can attain lengths around 13” possibly even larger, and are one of the bulkiest species on the planetScolopendra alternans - common names include Haitian Giant, Caribbean Giant and Florida Keys Centipede.
20 to 23 cm or 8 to 9 inches is not unheard of.
