It's pretty chunky, I'd dial back on the feeding, either half the prey size or double the time between feeding.
What's the species?
Just my opinion but regardless of species I wouldn't be keeping it on whatever that substrate is.
For more arid species I use excavator clay it takes a while to setup an enclosure with drying times, but looks great.
For the forest scorpions I use plain top soil, not mixed so it's quite firm, holds moisture great.

That's a common name, not a species. I'm sure it's some sort of Hottentotta you have. Having the genus and species helps for care you need. Although Hottentotta have the same care, it's useful to know you're species also.
