congrats on your first t!! that is probably my favorite spider of them all. the best pic to try and sex from is the one of the underside with the whole spider in frame and the direction of the legs is horizontal. there appears to be a darker spot there which would mean male..but i don't think i would go by that pic..the glass seems to distort the detail a little bit. i'd wait for a molt.

Update!!!

She/He began molting today 5:15ishPM EST, Finished in a little less than a hour, then stretched around for about thirty minutes. Successfull molt, everything is intact. It was an amazing experience to watch.

This is the only decent picture I can get of him right now, been hard to see him in his web since the molt




his abdomen seems to have gotten very orange.... I'm trying to get a better pic of it!

fangs are already shiny black in one day, from ivory white yesterday.

You can clearly see one fang in this photo about to penetrate the beetle.

Someone gave me the cambridgei sling and she grew and grew ...now shes my nice monster.
Here she is feeding on one of her fav snacks ..an eleodes beetle.

Nice t i have a 5 inch female right now and she looks way diffrent then yours. You might have a male im not sure but judging by the color and legs looks male but im not certain.
