Man, there is no way on earth this is a male, it's 100% female just with the colors

At this size, a male would be brownish color.

The only stnage thing one Tunedbeat's ornata is the black strip on folium, which must not be so dark at this size...
But the spider is really cute like this

Yes it is female, i sexed it via exuvium at 1.5" and rechecked at 3" just to make sure.
