great pictures. and congrats on the eggsac/eggs with legs
I am glad I re found this thread... I forgot I posted here and even forgot about reading this but has answered some questions I had... Well my female finally made her sac and it is hugh http://www.arachnoboards.com/ab/showthread.php?t=46579 , I was a little worried that there average sac size was closer to 500 or so, I am personally glad to see this of an actual sac count and that it is only 174 as I don't know if I could handle it if there were 500+ but 200 no problemBearskin10 said:I have been impatiently waiting the last few months for my cancerides to make a sac  she still hasn't :wall: :wall:.... Uh.. I don't think that is P. cancerides...NoS said:Here is a male I do not have a mate for. I either need to trade, sell, or split with him.

Uh.. I didnt think so either, but I keep getting told that it is. When I recieved him I really thought he was a Rose, but then he molted into his final molt and the purple fit the discription. Plus I used a flash in that pic.becca81 said:Uh.. I don't think that is P. cancerides...![]()
Do you have a pic with the purple? It looks like a mature male G. rosea - possibly red phase. Who has told you that it is P. cancerides?NoS said:Uh.. I really wouldnt argue with you though, because I do not know for sure.
I'm hoping mine is getting ready to moult here soon. It stopped eating and made a little wall/dug out of it's substrate.Bearskin10 said:Thanks!!!
