Obviously Haplopelma right? o_O, I'm no veteran expert on this genus but from my experience I feel confident enough to guess that! ;)

So you ordered slings, and they mistakenly sent you a large OW T??

Reason #268468 that LLLReptile is a notoriously irresponsible dealer.

Just because you're happy with the mistake doesn't mean that it should have happened. I'd watch out for that thing maturing into a male.

You've gotta love a big beautiful minax, When these are out and about (which is rare) they can be seriously firey.

Big black is the common name, or a common name for the minax.
I was under the impression that there are very few positively identified minax. And that these were know as Cyriopagopus(haplopelma) sps. "Big black" unless Identified?

So I take it that until its abdomen is black it's not a fully matured female? I know the males are not solid black. She is huge.
