She’s so tiny I can’t find a small enough meal

Her abdomen is a little small

Her abdomen looks great if not a tad full!! U can get pinhead crickets at the reptile stores and xsmall mealworms!! Even xsmall roaches she can handle those! If I do a medium cricket I’ll pull back legs off so it doesn’t hurt them but they are brave she might go for something just as big as she is! I gave my tiny i5 regala and an i4 bold their first mealworm today. lol one pounced immediately and the other 2 bit and retreated a couple times but then they figured it out it was so cute!

Should I put her in the tank which the male or will he canablize her or bc she’s a female will he leave her be?

I’m worried he might eat her tho

Ok not an adult female yet from the pic!! And no if they are both not mature they will kill each other. So house all of them separately. And crazy fact ants can also be dangerous they can spray formic acid! Not all but u should Google and make sure on those ants. Maybe that’s why she’s scared of it. Do u keep T’s? Idk if u know but feeding wild prey can contain parasitic nematodes!! Look it up it’s sad and there is nothing to help them.

He will eat her or her eat him

@drurymercy is that a good tank for her
Sorry been at work!! Another one😂😂 that’s it I’m taking u to Vegas since u have all the luck! That looks good I would turn it upside down though so u don’t rip her hammock every time u open it to feed and water. Jumpers for the most part web at the top corners. He is so cute hiding in his plants.

She actually made her nest under that granite looking rock

Oh guess what so I’m seeing tons of little jumpers that look like they just got of the nest so I think there’s a jumping spider mom in my yard

I feel bad tho bc she was in her best and I didn’t know she was and I couldn’t find her and there’s a hole big enough for her to fit through and I picked up the rock and it scared her, her nest is fine I just really scared her so I feel really bad

Don’t feel too bad, think of all the vibrations or wind outside. But I would just let her settle and relax now! That way soon I will have a nice happy spider to enjoy! And that’s a good sign lots of spiders in your yard! Think if everything they are eating up out there!!

Yeah sometimes they like to feel safe first but judging off the females pic they are ok on food right now! They might not eat for a few days. If they don’t eat tonight though I would pull the crickets out. Some feeders can hurt your little jumpers and actually sometimes even hurt our big T’s too
