I always wondered if the actors had pillows around them while they brushed the Ts off, or if they killed them by allowing them to fall to the floor.
I have a slightly feeling that the wise guys will bet on the second option you said.

We're the Millers and I think the one in Me, Myself, and Irene were also B. hamorii/smithi.

I just saw one last night in the new movie "The Dark Tower" and it got me thinking... and surely they are just props. After most if not all movies they have the humane society stamp saying no animals were harmed in the making of this film.
The Human Society stamp on a film, means absolutely NOTHING. It's the hugest scam ever. An entire expose was done on how the society is in bed w/the studios, it's such a joke, like our current president.

I say lets keep politics off the tarantula forum. :D

I call out liars when I see them, politics has nothing to do with being honest.
But whenever people in power come up in discussion people get offended or very opinionated just don't want to see fellow tarantula lovers argue about things that don't belong on this forum.

Ah true true. The power is in the people, not the leader. The famous line "the people get what they deserve" applies to the office of the POTUS.

Though how people can be offended when their chosen leader is a proven liar and called out on it is not logical. Those people have issues if they get offended in that context.

Muahahah, in Italy that statement meaning is this: :mooning: <-- what we receive, basically :)
It's only mildly better here generally speaking, though lately it's just plain stupid. I spoke to some Europeans recently and they were all shocked at the absurdity going on in the USA with the current POTUS.

Bit of solace at least you have a very kind and lovely (European) First Lady. I like Lady Melania... seems to me like a Psalmopoeus irminia: so beautiful, yet so reclused.

Yes, yes indeed... Lady Melania is a P.irminia :)

She's devoid of any intellect in my opinion, and her stance on bullying, ie to end it etc, is at odds w/her condoning her husband's bullying behavior.

Anyone ever seen Bicentennial man? I can remember there being a ridiculous scene where he finds what I think is some sort of Avic sling on a normal spider web in the basement of a house in what I believe is North America. Haven't seen the film in ages but can definitely say it some sort of Tarantula!

Now they do. In 1982? Not so sure.
Nope they didn't care back then in the movie kingdom of spiders in 1977 they used all real tarantulas and it's sad you so many get killed throughout the movie and they are all live tarantulas being killed

The home Alone Spider placed on his face was not Aphonopelma, Ventral Thorax is very dark... I'm thinking most likely Ephebopus murinus... or possibly N chromatus. Not the species I'd choose for that scene, but neither would A seemanni.
