I took it from the female. She was off it a few inches. I opened the lid, nothing. I gently tugged on the sac, nothing. She just walked away. I didnt want to chance it so I pulled it. I lean towards dud, but I dont want her to neglect it or eat it, even if my chances are slim. Plus the hammock cage is fresh clean substrate...In there with her who knows..

Wow, Megaphobema Peterklaasi!!!! I didnt even know any other spider in the genus besides m.robustum and m.mesomelas!!!! Are there any other that are still unseen in this thread ( or that i might have looked over by accident? )?

I have females pictured in this thread of the 4 species in the hobby (robustum, mesomelas, peterklaasi, velvetosoma)... there is a 5th species recently described, M. teceae, that is not in the hobby that I know of.

The sac is now completely bad on the mesomelas.....mold....
