Hamsters are happiest when ignored. I think that's why it's a good childrens pet, because after 3 days the child will get bored and never play with it anyway.

okay, so I have this hamster and its not that nice, and it bites a lot. stuff started comming out of his butt. We took it to Petsmart, and they said he had wettail. So we gave him medicine, and he got better. But he still bites (AND IT HURTS!) So are there any suggestions as how i could calm him down, or i could be a better handler???

Feed him to a snake.
