Figured I would give it a shot, seems pretty fun. I will keep everyone posted on what all kind of surprises are in the box when I get it. I think it will be a few weeks before it ships though.

Its like Christmas in April.

Actually, this is my first time ever buying from a vendor or say website store. But these guys have some really good pricing and reviews.

I'm actually surprised they don't give any hints at all about how many Ts they can put in the box. "more" or "less" doesn't really give any idea.

Hopefully you have a good experience!

Why does that surprise you?

There is a vendor that sells T's without labeling the species?

I may be in the minority here, but I would never do this. Shelf space is limited, and with the Ts in my collection now, there is a decent chance that I'll either get a repeat of what I already have, or something I'd never buy in the first place. It seems obvious to me that vendors are just using this mystery gimmick to get rid of unwanted stock.

If other people have fun with it, that's cool.

Its not just, click buy mystery box, there are lots of options and they ask in details what species you already keep and what your not interested in. By far the best and most personalized mystery box I have seen.

Yes, they will know what they send you but, you wont until they get older or you ask them, they will keep it on file with your order im guessing.

And to answer the next question, lol. Nothing wrong with this if you plan to keep them forever and dont plan to breed.

You can customize it. Also, in response to "gimmick to get rid of unwanted stock"... People have gotten high end species from mystery boxes. I've never seen anyone say they got like, three LPs.

But if you are super picky and only want particular species, obviously this isn't something that would interest you.

I'd rather know at least if I should be prepared for 10 or 5 Ts. Probably it's just me.
Oh, that makes sense. I have a TON of empty enclosures/decorations/sub/etc to accomodate rehousings/new additions/etc of any type.

I looked at the mystery box options for them and for experienced keepers, you can choose an option for unlabeled Ts.
Which I think is a terrible idea.

I’d do it if I already had everything on my want list, but who actually has the funds for everything on their want list?

Still tempting fate if you asked me. I highly doubt they’ll keep a file of all mystery orders they fill over the years. No one knows what next month, next year or next decade will bring. I’ve seen plenty “I don’t want to but I’m selling my Ts” ads. Sounds like an easy way to get species mixed up and crossbred to me.
