He's definitely a male, and from the looks of it mature (had to double check with a magnifier, he has palpal emboli)

If you need one check more, its 100% mature male.
(You can see the brush of hairs on the Metatarsus - this feature is only visible in mature males. )

Well, we had forgotten and eggsac with a female and today found some 2nd instars running around with the female.
