7"+ Female G. pulchra

Large 7"+ female in a brown stage. Hoping she will molt soon.

Nice collection spider1986, l know one dealer in Germany, he had some Grammostola chalcothrix (sling), but l dont know he has still some.

You have lots of Grammostola! My favorite ones are G. pulchripes (not the one you picture, but the big form), G. actaeon, iheringi and grossa.
This one is called chalcothrix over here ...(I think vachoni is the same spider). schulzei is the same as gossei (both described for Buenos Aires province, Sierra de la Ventana and Tandil).
burzaquensis is a small one but quite different species from Buenos Aires, but a grassland species. Very rare to find, and extinct in most their native habitat (primary habitat was in biggest cities of the entire province). G. mendozae is a pretty big one, leggy and defensive, really unique behavior...found in mountains of Córdoba, San Luis, Mendoza, etc. There are some other undescribed Grammostola here too... no taxonomist here (or anywhere in the world actually) wants to take charge and study this genus...:D

what do you mean with G.pulchripes big form? i just hear about that 1.st time? :O
i think you are member of Argentin tarantula society, and you know there some local website where are interesting Grammostola pictures, can you post some here, or send me some link?
by the way in 2 week i will get a Grammostola mollicoma NF 5cm body female. i will post some pic from here :)
