Hey everyone, I'm planning in getting a final tarantula to round off my collection to a nice 10. I know, pretty modest number compared to a lot of people here but I plan to expand when I move out  anyway, I have my heart set on a pretty blonde tarantula, just to get some colour diversity.

I like the look of nhandu tripepii, and psalmopoeus pulcher. Any other you guys might recommend? I do prefer terrestrials, but I wouldn't completely rule out arboreals. Webbing is fine, pet hole is fine, growth rate I'm not too picky about either. Can't possibly be slower than my PZB. ;) also not picky about OW/NW, temper, or speed. The fluffier the better, basically.

Thoughts? I've tapped in keywords for blonde tarantula in the forums, didn't come up with much. Hope this won't be a repost of common questions!

I love the classic ‘Arizona Blonde’, Aphonopelma chalcodes.

Both of my girls look a bit round here as they are hopefully gravid! ;)

Can't see the really nice yellow bands in this pic. Shame. A aurantiaca.

Get a tripeppii...don't try to get fancy and overlook a great t. This species is readily available now, it hasn't been for a while, take advantage, they are spectacular.

Check and check... think I'll be sticking with my first choice after all! They really are soooo fluffy. And I spy Tangled in Webs have some females in stock..
I bought my confirmed female at 3" in April 2016 from Steve at Arachnoiden.com. She has molted 5 times with me, the last molt measured 6.75" in June of this year making her over 7". She is refusing food again but I don't think a molt is due for awhile yet. She should be close to 8" with this next molt.

My fav is the A. Moderatum. Mine do not look like much right now because they are slings, but they are beautiful. B019E9E0-9F5D-4D96-AFB1-4C547802E757.jpeg
