They are definitely something I've thought about for the future. I like the looks of the Fasciata, very striking!Id recommend poecs later on. Theyre stunners, and theyre only going to be harder to get as time goes on. If poecilotheria srilankensis is taxanomically corrrect, I'd love to get one some day if they get to the US before theyre banned

If you put G. pulchra on steroids, this is what you’d get. They’re supposedly the largest of all the Chilobrachys, and are absolutely gorgeous....
Unfortunately, they are pretty hard to come by, and most of the ones available are WC Adult Females, with Mature Males being almost impossible to find. So it could be a long time before these become established in the hobby....
