As for a breeding attempt, my Dolichothele diamantinensis female mated with @CommanderBacon’s male back in mid April. Several months passed, and nothing happened, so we both came to a conclusion, it was not successful.
Then yesterday, my female was webbing so intensely, and I thought it was preparing to molt, for it’s last molt was October of last year. Instead it made somewhat like an egg sac if I am not mistaken. I can totally see yellow eggs right in the middle.
This is my first breeding attempt ever. Thus I have no idea if the egg sac is even fertile or not. Only thing I know for sure is the egg sac was made yesterday.
So what’s next?
