She sounds like a good enough of a mom that I'd be tempted to leave a sac in there with her to term.

Final Update

She officially let go of the sac and left the nest December 12th....30 days exactly after laying the sac. She came out moving real slow and was really thirsty. She also returned back to the personality I came to know. No more threat postures or reations to movements in the tank. I tore down the nest completely and place her water dish again.
She drank ALOT.

And yesterday she officially ate two adult male B lateralis roaches. She would not touch the dubias. She responds really well to the stimuli of the fast movements which the B. dubias lack.
I am going to stuff her and get her fat in time for the molt cycle that I feel is due in February according to my molt records. Than I will try again. This time no lamps or lights of any kind. Since I now know that lower temps are acceptable I have less to worryabout.
I guess I was under the impression that like other eggs such as chickens or other animals, heat is needed as well as humidity so i kept the heat up to 85F.
Officially yesterday all the eggs were moldy and completely black. I learned and will try again. This experience I feel was necessary and do not regret at all my experience. 76F is alot more manageable.

She was an excellent mother. Her main concern was tending to the eggs. She never left the sac unless to defend them. She then quickly returned to hold it. (even though it had no eggs from day 17 through day 30.) She always rotated it from what I saw. I feel proud of my girl. After she molts I will try again....with a new male.
To date Fabio is still alive and well. He eats once a week and only one prey item. Almost every night he explores looking for a mate. He will live out his days with me.

Heres a picture of her. She has also started to web again.

I'm sorry to hear about the eggs, but on the bright side now you have some new things to try and hopefully you'll be successful in round two! Your girl really is absolutely stunning, I'm glad to hear she is eating again.
