They are not as small as C. elegans, but nevertheless, not giants for sure!

Maybe C.bertae? But those are from east Brazil, very far from Peru.
What do you think Hans?

Regarding to the revision of Bertani et al in 2005 C. bertae is found near Rio Branco - very west in Brazil and very close to the border of Peru.;-)

Thanks for the info. My ones look like C.bertae but they were caught in east Brazil. Do you think that they can occur here in east Brazil too?
Do you have a couple?
What is the size of yours?
Sorry for that so many questions but abyone else know much about this sp.

Regards

Jonas

PS: I sent those pictures to Mr. Bertani. He said that this sp may be a sp described many years ago by a guy form Germany and that he is tryng to get a picture os the holotype(or paratype, I don't understand this names). But he didn't confirmed that this is a Cyriocosmus sp. I'm more confused than never.

Hi Jonas,

I really don´t know but it´s very unlikely.

Do you have a couple?
Only 2 but I hope to get more soon - we will see.;-)

What is the size of yours?
One is 1,5cm and the other 2cm body.

You send your pictures to Mr. Bertani, or mine?
