R. West in years 90 - conducted the Ceratogyrus spp post-mortem examination. A theory appeared about the greater area of the fastening of muscles of the stomach sucking the thanks of the horn as allegedly lets more quickly suck needed elements in from the victim. The second theory concerns the bulk of the place in the centre intestine what allows to stock up on nutrients.I just got 3 of these guys, very awsome species! What is the evolutionary reason behind the horn? Does it serve a purpose? Kim
