Can someone please identify her? I found her in my garden on a metal bar in full sun so I brought her inside last November.

Stagmomantis are known to occasionally drop infertile ooths and they hatch.

You could have clone babies. Im in SoCal and I have not found any mantis this year. It’s crazy how it’s 70 up until December and then it gets cold in late December, early January.

No, if eggs can’t be fertilized, the genetics of the female are in the eggs and the female trait is in the egg so the eggs will sometimes produce clones.

I kept it in my cold bathroom until about a week and a half ago. Now it's in my bedroom where it's warm.

Maybe but it has less chance of all hatching if any
