Ok, Leiurus and Andrew vV (and Manville's random guess) are on the money on the first species, P. rufilata.
The second species is (other than too easy) P. regalis.

Absolutely rare. There likely may be a few more in European collections than here in the States but you'd have an easier time getting ahold of 5 P. metallica than to find just one P. smithi.
