No, no your missing the point, she WALK INTO HER KITCHEN and he was there, waiting for her, watching her every move!!! It's one thing to go out and find them, it's a different story to find them all comfy cozy in your home!!! That's where I found Curly, almost stepped on him. I thought he was a crumb and went to sweep him up, never saw a crumb with a tail like that!!!! His brother (whose in my freezer) I found on the wall upstairs, and the other large one, once more, in my kitchen. I'm finding a few a week on my wall.... Their really neat, and I enjoy the couple that I keep, but sucks to have them in your home.

i sleep outside more than i sleep inside (no homeless hobo jokes lol but really i do....) i just like camping and stuff....

so if there was one in my room i would probably be more safe lol

Yeah, I can relate, I hotel camp I did all that outdoorsey stuff when I was younger, but, ummm, not any more, especially after finding these guys every where!!! I'm with Kathy, I black light the house on a regular basis!!!

lol there has been several times i just go camp in the woods for days at time (lol im 15 so figured might as well when im young)

YEP!!! They have a few post on here just about black light flashlights and the quality. I think the post talking about being hurt while out hunting scorpions, something along those lines talks about a flash light that took a bad fall with the owner and came out perfectly fine!!! I don't remember the title, but from July... (sorry, lots of post to look through).

Does anyone seriously want this little dude before I let him go? I was thinking of just sticking him in a little box in a padded envelope and sending him first class mail. I'll pay the postage, it can't be more than a dollar. You know, a little science project to see if he survives. I bet he does! Well, unless you think that is mean. I just went around the whole back and front yard (tiptoed around the whole inside of my house in fear, thank you very much Pandinus) and the greenbelt and did not find a thing...I'll let him go tomorrow night if noone wants him. (Hey, if he dies he would make a cute ring or bracelet in resin.)

so kathy what did the basement/meterbox turn up? anything? If it helps you track them down the things you need to look for to find them are the same things you would need to find any animal. they will be found where there is plenty of food shelter and water. if you find a low traffic area of the house that has plenty of places to hide and a decent supply of small insects like maybe celllar crickets or spiders etc. especially if it is nicew and cool and dark, and especially if there is access to something like a sump pump or some other water source, you will most likely have a hotbed for some type of small predator.
