here this should help you make your intentions concrete...
The true and the false .....all are lovely

The two Avics he offered are A. braunhauseni and A. rufa Peru

I am not so sure about the rufa. The pics of adult A. Rufa are all over the place visually...He has some huriana slings too maybee that's more my cup of tea.

Asians are gorgeous! I’ve kept some and still do.
I sure hope this isn't true, Viper. You are wound WAYYY too tight for keeping Asians...I picture a basement dungeon, with a bunch of gimps cleaning your spider tanks under threat of a cattle prod; "YUICE ZE RAZHER UND VET VASH CLOOTH!"

I personally have no connection to avics nor do i keep them but i am very interested in your affection.

Come here Aviclovers!!
My first T was an Avic. Her names Regina and when I got her she was a little over 2 inches a year ago. She’s grown so much with me and it’s such a joy to watch both her and my husbandry grow.I bought her from a pet store, and she wasn’t correctly kept at all, but so glad to have had my little baby.

In point of fact they are all treated very well.

Provided water from Himalayan mountains centuries old glaciers, harvested by the hands of only the most pure of virgin women, in mind and body.

So long as they have access to fresh water, I guess they'll be alright....

Yeah..today After Work i packed my Aphonopelma in small cups and he picked them up ( he lives in a town next to mine).

I decided on A. braunhauseni, A. huriana and T. ockerti. I think all three are m1-2.
I'll collect them sunday when i have their enclosures ready.

My N. coloratovillosus and N. tripepii (which are my favorites in my collection atm) opened my heart and eyes for other furry spiderbutts.
Especially those pics of A. huriana make my heart pump.
And your arborial loveletters surely helped ...😆
Come here many legged teddybears....

Had no time to set up all three enclosures... So i'll pick the spiders up next week.

In the meantime i'll show you the Thrixopelma Ockerti enclosure.
Just needs a bit of cleaning up but i think it turned out nicely.

In the two avic enclosures i'll take Bark that nearly reaches the top me thinks.

Just my .02, but as Avics generally will web up top, I use enclosures that open at the side or bottom
Thats actually some useful 2 Cents.
Don't want to ruin their home every time i feed them.
Let's see If i can order some small cheap acrylic frontopeners..

Depending on their sizes, (I’m sorry if I missed it there), inverted Amac boxes work well for me. I think the biggest they go is 4x4x7”

A little update... instead of the two Avics i took some money for the Aphonopelmas because i came to the realisation that i am very happy with the amount of tarantulas i currently own and that i want to keep it that way for the foreseeable future.

Still some avic species are on the top of my "needatsomepoint" wishlist.

2 Ts is negligible as far as additional care goes. How many do you have?
I would’ve just kept your had but that’s your choice. Nice avics you passed on.
