well poecilotheria have bright yellow on their legs. and Euathlus sp. yellow has a bright yellow patch at the top of the abdomen. thats all i can think of.I've seen pics of black, brown, red, blue, green, and multicolored, but are there any bright yellow Tarantulas?

I have few of those and I didn't see any red, really, yelloish-gold/orange yes, but no redHolothele incei "gold" are not yellow in any respect, more like a pinkish/orange with a metallic hue. When they are getting ready to molt they develop a blood red pattern on their exoskeleton.
