    Unusual white bump on abdomen

Agreed - possibly a cyst. If you type "cyst" into the search engine, it's going to return hundreds of results because this is something that happens somewhat frequently. I think the outcome in most cases is about 50/50 - some molt eventually and end up being fine and living a long time, while...

    Yellow mark on abdomen?

I'm no expert nor have I really ever experienced this, but it looks like a cyst; or some other abnormal growth. Could be from the aforementioned fall.

    How to prevent molting issues?

I’m going to be honest for my tarantula collection I kind of just go with the flow, which I wouldn’t recommend at all to anyone but more so I check on my tarantulas almost daily, I mist them when they look like they need water (and fill water dishes) and feed them when their abdomens are...

    cyst ? on booklung

To @handfulofspiders , as @Charliemum said, I have a big AF T blondi who had a cyst PRIOR to any moult on her abdomen. Assume she had it for a while. The cyst was a lot larger than the one on yours and was very pronounced and protruding. I didn't over feed her as didn't want to give any...

    cyst ? on booklung

Based on the fact that the problem is on the bottom of the tarantula abdomen where it likely to abrade more, I'm hoping that this is just a cyst/abscess rather than a tumour so fingers crossed for you that a molt will improve things

    cyst ? on booklung

I’d keep an eye on it but it’s a rather small cyst could get better or not in next molts. You won’t know until then.

    Who molted today?

Theraphosa blondi (9inch DLS) I got this female along with some other T blondi from a member on here. She had a massive cyst/protrusion on her abdomen and previous owner (and myself TBH), didn't think she would make it through next moult. I kept her feeds down even though she was a ravenous...

Heeeelp - Is my sling okay?

I think you’ve done a really good job in caring for her and documenting her progress with the tumor/cyst. Do you notice the bleeding when she is fatter? I’m wondering if a more full abdomen would be putting pressure on it causing it to leak? Pulling for her to have a full recovery!
