Pricing was straightforward, and Todd’s communication was excellent. I had already placed my order, but when a tarantula he knew I would be interested in was available, he let me know and gave me a really great deal on it. I also appreciate that he created a discount for returning packaging, so shipping vials and styrofoam don’t end up in landfills. When my box arrived, he made behavioral notes on the individual containers so I could take extra precautions, if necessary. I would absolutely buy from him again. Fantastic selection and great pricing. His whole process was really consistent and that’s reassuring when you’re buying from a seller for the first time. His level of experience is definitely reflected in the way he does business.
