While I am reluctant to ever not give someone the benefit of a doubt in the invert hobby, I am honestly shocked at the treatment I've received. On 7/7 of this year, I sent this vendor a payment for a lot of A. tesselata nymphs. At first things looked to be on the up and up, but then I received a message from someone claiming to be the significant other of RobertJ1. She informed me that due to a wildfire (ostensibly the account holder is a firefighter), there would be a delay in shipping out the merchandise. I was more than willing to be patient/accommodating with such a request, but eventually whoever was replying to this account had simply stopped replying to my repeated messages for clarification on the situation. I would have gladly accepted an early refund. I realize that this might be a buyer beware situation, but I don't think people should do business with people like this. Avoid if you can!
Purchased a five male tarantula package from Robert. Whenever I sent him a question, he responded within minutes. The T's were packaged in an insulated Polar box with 72 hour heat pack. Might have been overkill if the idiots at the post office had not inadvertently mis-routed the package. Fortunately, Robert's packaging saved the day as the T's arrived a day late but in perfect condition. T's were bigger than described. Overall, I got a great price on some great T's. Thank you Robert.
