Pros
  • good prices offered discount. reasonable shipping cost with a LAG. securely shipped. gave a freebie
Cons
  • poor communication opened one to find stuck in molt had no room to do so took over a week to get a reply after initial contact and t had died.
purchased on June 5th a g. pulchra and a A. metallica. was supposed to be held at a fed ex facility but sent to my home instead its ok luckily my wife hadn't left yet and was able to receive package. was given a freebie a c. darlingi. this was Thursday June 8th got off later than planned and had to stop and get another enclosure for the freebie. got home set up. i open the one i had placed the order for the g. pulchra. and i'm unrolling I get to the T and it looks like a mangled mess i think crap it got crushed somehow. then realize it had tried to molt but didnt have room in the vial to. what legs were out looked to be a twisted mess. i emailed seller immediately got a response later that night "that was terrible" and "let it do its thing it'll pull through" so i did after a day of no progress and no telling how long was stuck during the 2-3 days in shipping which is the method i chose that still had a LAG. i tried to remove loose parts of old exo. again emails were sent. after another day i tried to get back legs out of exo both back legs on both sides were in old exo and twisted up in an odd way. it cast all back legs. her abdomen appeared to be in an odd position. i hand watered her over the week. i was optimistic after a week. she didn't move alot but at times would move what she could of the legs she had. they just at the joint closest to her body. but Thursday June 15th a week later i picked up wax worms. was going to mash up in water to make soup w/ her fangs looking the way they did. i got home notice she isn't moving made the wax worm soup anyways rolled her and put some on her mouth. i emailed that i assumed she was dead but wanted to be sure she had fooled me before. next day checked on her she smelled at that point i was sure so i emailed again. its been a week since last response even with all emails updates i've sent. Sunday night the 18th finally hear back. "sorry to hear that i really thought she would pull through. glad you did all you could do. if i had another g. pulchra i would give you a pretty hefty discount, but that was the last one i had available". i'm new to the hobby and had a lot of bad first experiences my 2nd T, 1st sling, 1st molt, 1st online order, and 1st time having one shipped. i cant upload pics of her on day one. but i have thread on here that does have pics of that."new T mid molt when opening"
