Purchased 4 M Balfouri on May 28th for great pricing and had great contact with John while waiting for a good shipping date. During this time I was able to add on a C. Lividium to the order with no issues as well as a P. Rufus after I inquired about other species he may have had. The pricing was great on those two as well and all tarantulas arrived safely and have been housed and taking meals ever since. 10/10 would purchase from John again!

Contacted John about a few Haplocosmia himalayana slings and within a few days they were boxed and shipped. They were well packaged and came in lively. He even tossed in a fourth for me. I highly recommend him. I know I’ll be doing future business with him, you should to haha

I made this second purchase nearly immediately after my first with them (a new ad was posted) - so glad I did! They worked with me on shipping around my schedule, extra info on a species I needed, and all around they just have fantastic customer service. I was looking for certain T and checked the classified and I saw that John have some good prices in certain species. I purchased two spiders from John and overall was very happy with the experience. Despite a FedEx delay (not John's fault), the Ts were perfectly healthy and "happy" thanks to the excellent packing job. John was very prompt in his communication, and shipped the package out the next business day after the sale. He even included a nice freebie with my order. I would definitely do business with him again.

Bought 6 slings, and they all arrived via overnight FedEx in good condition. Even added an extra freebie! Shipped in an insulated box and everything was well wrapped. Seller was always polite and quick to respond, I would definitely purchase from again :)
