Psalmopoeus cambridgei Juvenile - 3"
My favourite species in the genus. I hope that this one doesn't end up being a defensive individual. My pulcher female has been really good so far, so I decided to take the plunge and get the species I really wanted.
One of my absolute favorite species...adult males can be pretty skittish, but not really defensive unless you are packing them for shipping..... females tend to be calm, way calmer and less defensive than the rest of the genus IME.

@cold blood Thank you, that is what I gather from all the reading that I have done... especially on threads here. This looks to be a female from the ventral photos I took. Hopefully they will moult soon and I will be able to grab the moult. They are definitely large enough to sex at this point.
I put this one directly into their adult enclosure. It is too large right now, but I am not too concerned considering their growth rate.

It looked as though they had a pronounced lip like the Avicularia females do. That is extremely disappointing if they turn out male.
