It would be easier to tell if you had a light to illuminate the molt from below, as it makes it easier to spot the outline of immature spermathecae, but i'm going to agree it looks male.

@Arachnophoric This is how it looks like when dried up. Now I think it's a female.

No, that's certainly male. You should be seeing a little "flap" where that opaque spot is if it were female.

Here's a molt of a female a little smaller than your male, and the spermathecae (the little flap that looks kind of like two mountains) are clearly visible.

@Zevil don't be too bummed out, males of this species are pretty long lived and I can guarantee you'll find someone to send him to when he matures if you want to breed him. You could do a 50/50 breeding loan and get a bunch of his offspring, keep a few to get a female and sell the rest for a pretty penny. MMs make the hobby go 'round.
