It could really go either ways with vent sexing these guys. I have three specimens, and I gotta say all of them had almost identical ventral undersides. One became MM, another was female, which leaves one still unsexed. But looking at those legs, it could molt some time soon.
@jrh3 if it's a male, anywhere on or pass the 2'' mark could molt straight into MM. My MM was a little over 2'' and molted into maturity. So if it becomes MM next molt, then obvious male. But if it doesn't have hooks or bulbous palps during the next molt, than probable female.
