You mean is this Honduran or Nicaraguan...? The "Hobby Form" term whether you know it or not, indicates the speculation of hybridization... One look at Honduran B. albo in habitat, one must wonder if this "hybrid" claim covers most...
WC Honduran specimens were imported originally... Yes, they have been hybridized with vagans in past but known hybrid specimens are quite obvious, at least if you are familiar with both species... Many years later, (few year ago) B. albo Nicaraguan WC were introduced cuz they look different I suspect sparked the hobby mind set of Honduran not being pure cuz they aren't identical. Needless to say, I'm not convinced all (if even most) Honduran are hybrids... Especially, since locality variants or even different species is just as plausible.
Anywho, I agree. It has the characteristics of Nicaraguan imports as far as I can tell.
I have a B.albo that is Honduran. The only difference I find is that mine has not as fluffy curly hairs. And the hairs are not as bright in color as the Nicaraguans. Other than that they are all the same to me.
