NW Mature Male Dwarf genus/sp

Found this MM Dwarf T on a night hike on the western slope cloud forest of the Ecuadorian Andes. He was less than 1.5”. iNaturalist suggested the genus Neischnocolus but I have zero knowledge on the NW dwarf sp. Any help is appreciated!
I´m sorry, but there are no features to see for a educated guess.
But is it really a mature male?
Commonly the Tibiaapophysis in Neischnocolus are good visible at the inner side.

The pictures are screenshots from my original video. I could not get the tibial hooks on camera but they were present. I do have another picture where you can see the club-like pedipalps on him. He was also relatively "leggy" which didn't show up that clear on camera. Thank you for the information!

Ok, what I mean is that if it were Neischnocolus, then you should be able to see the TA in this position.
Will show a picture next weekend.
