Wrong. Those are male accessory organs. That's 100% male. There is no spermathecae and no uterus externus.
EDIT: After looking at the picture more and comparing to my own molt of a female G. rosea, I now see the uterus externus you two were both referring to, and what I believed were male accessory organs are in fact spermathecae. I didn't realize G. rosea spermathecae were as separated and individualized as that, so my apologies for any confusion.
