Im going to a place that may have them tomorrow but not sure if ill have tome to grab any. I would call them an advanced keeper terrestrial as they are very likely to bite a finger if you misplace it. They're also one of the deadly 6 Atracids that have required antivenom in the past

I've had Tarantulas for well over 10 years and some of those are crazy fast aggressive and can climb anything...
I wanted funnels years ago but held out

You sound more than experienced enough to me, was just pointing out they are a touch above the average funnel (ive had 5 females and all are VERY hunger driven)

Truth be told i am fining the funnels much eaiser to deal with, being less flighty alone is a fact i love as I'm getting grey lol not that I'm saying they won't do the bolt but compared to Tarantulas that almost constantly bolt it's a improvement
