Very beautiful specimen Dave1969.
RazonantVoid - have you ever tried the product Reptisoil?...I have had great luck with it as my coco fiber was always molding. Now I generally use a mix of primarily Reptisoil with some coco fiber.
@RezonantVoid it's not full sand - it's a roughly 50/50 mixture. I tend not to get much mold, but occasionally a food leftover I didn't notice can set it off.
@Staehilomyces the mold ive been getting has hit a few keepers, its a green one and it grows on literally anything from wet substrate to bone dry rocks and decor, and absolutely will not go away. It seems to resurface sometimes less than a week after remaking an enclosure.
@BladeGypsy thank you, i may very well give it a shot. Ive noticed the only stuff immune to it is ny old substrate from a different brand, unfortunately its no longer available but i have ordered another bale from a new company that sounds similar
@RezonantVoid The mold that bothers me the most is a yellowish type with lots of little specks in it. Nothing outside of a complete substrate change will get rid of it. Doesn't appear often at all, but when it does, it's a pain.
I never have issues with mould with coco peit boil it or sit in a tub outside in direct sunlight cooks anything in it & since do taht not single outbreak unless left oevr food etc
