This is my first ever tarantula (B.Vagans) and is a tiny sling. It already took a pinhead cricket and is digging a burrow in its new inclosure. I’m very happy to have snagged this at the pet expo.
Keep, at least, half the substrate damp, but not soaking, at that size. They really need more holes to be put in that vial. Feed one small prey item twice a week. That is a fairly hardy species who grows a bit faster than a lot of others in the genus.
