It would be really helpful to see a pic of a fresh molt. Below is a pic of my AF T. cyan. well into her molt cycle. When she pops out, she's quite blue and orange for a very, very long time. T. cyan have orange setae, very similar to GBB
I have two Homoeomma sp. Blue Females and both are likely Thrixopelma lagunas. I have spermathecae, but they are a bit too small to be sure. Right now, they are looking like lagunas. I will be able to confirm in a couple of more moults. I bought them in the hopes that they were Thrixopelma cyaneolum, but was aware that they could turn out to be lagunas.
Scroll down you'll see a nice pic of a gorgeous T. langunas. If you look carefully you'll see that T cyan and its cousin are somewhat similar, but certainly different enough to tell them apart.
