Could you spread the moult a bit further, dry it up a bit and take a closer shot?
Because it's still small and the picture is a bit blurry, I wouldn't hazard a guess.

Its blurry but i do think i may see something. leaning toward female. Having said that ive only been keeping Ts since last september. I

Leaning male, but as @Thekla said, a closer and preferably drier, photo, as well as knowing the size would help with the level of certainty.
