It's a little hard to say for certain, but in your pic I think it looks more like a male than a female. Here are a couple for comparison -

Male (note the dark, dense patch of setae just forward of the epigastric furrow, and the "notch" in the top lip):

Female (no notch, no dark/dense patch of setae, lip is wide and gently curved):

Of course, the only way to know for certain is to examine the next molt to see if there are any spermathecae (female parts). The good news is that with this species the males can often live 8-10 years, so he'll be around for a while yet!
