Genus Cyriopagopus (a.k.a. Haplopelma)

I am referring to the fact that the juveniles are brown. When they mature they will become violet and with age get the dark royal purple - or blue - colouration.

Are you refering to the blue as opposed to that purple coloring that juves seem to have? The younger ones are colored too do they chang at the 7 inch mark or so? Maybe this was answered above if so I apologize.

Recieved an adult female Haplopelma schmidti "gold colour form" yesterday

So sexy, and from the looks of it, about to moult. She was huge, roughly 16-20cm and incredibly thick legs.

Citadel colors eh? I see two interesting hobbies
