Faramir

I thought he was a versicolor sling.
Update...backwater was great, they apologized and gave me a refund for the difference in price. Now I just hope the other sling they sent is correct. It's supposed to be a B. smithi, but I think he's too small to tell for sure.
Also, I rehoused the avic in a smaller container and added a nice piece of wood, a leaf, and I even found a tiny sombrero hat from a LEGO minifigure that makes a perfect shallow water dish.
Thanks everyone for all the replies! Much appreciated!

Now that I know he's not a versicolor, does anyone know a reputable breeder who has one for sell? I'd like a young one maybe 2" or 3". It would be great if there were a breeder near me. The last place I ordered from charged $40 for overnight shipping.

@frodogecko I probably have less sources than more experienced people but it looks empty right now. I suspect they will show up soon. You could also put a request for what you want in the Classifieds area to see if someone has what you want.

Unfortunately $40 for shipping is pretty standard at most places. Jamie's Tarantulas has lower shipping cost, but it is two day shipping with the post office.

@Jeff23 I was going to post here on the classifieds, but it says I "have insufficient privileges to post here". I've seen Jamie's Tarantulas website, is he reputable?

@frodogecko I did not think about my response on the Classifieds. I have never posted there, but just realized that maybe it requires a paid membership. If I happen to see any for sale somewhere I will IM you.
