Hi all,

I was at a local pet store and saw this and thought it might work well for my larger, terrestrial Ts. I'd have to remove the mesh lid completely and replace with drilled Plexiglass of course, and not use the rest of the "kit", but other than that, nothing immediately jumps out.

Does anyone have any advice/ thoughts?

Dimensions:
10.5”x 20.5”x 8”

Thanks,

That looks good to me! However, kits like that can be expensive, especially with all the extra accessories, so you can also use something else that would work just as well, like a small, clear storage bin with holes drilled in it, or a plain fish tank. If you want to use this though, it will work great!

Yea, it's a bit $, but I only have two large Ts (a G. Iheringi and a G. pulchra). I have a small discount from a friend who works there, and they're having a sale on top of that.

Thanks for your recommendation! I have my other smaller Ts in those Sterlite bins and they're fantastic! Especially until they mature. Thank you!!!!

I’m currently using the taller Creatures kit for my centipede, and I actually really like the substrate mix they provide! I mixed it in with my own blend for the enclosure and no problems have arisen. The dish is tacky and the thermometer won’t work, but you’ll get usable substrate, an enclosure, and a piece of cork bark. I say go for it!
