Best regards.

Very nice Robert! :worship: Good luck with the sac!

By the way: I have an adult couple X. immanis that i want to breed. If you could give me some tips (temp/humidity/other "triggers" to get a sac etc.) that would be GREATLY appreciated!
Thanx in advance!

Hello boys!
I got a Xenesthis Immanis today and is beautiful! :)
The real beautiful thing that I didn`t saw in my life is that she jumped cca 2 cm off the ground to scare me I guess. Is normal for this species?
If is not, belive me,I didn`t saw something like this in my entire life!

I love these, shame we hardly ever see them here in the U.K.

Can anyone tell me a bit about their temperaments, and give me a point of comparison? E.g., are they as docile as a B.albo or pyschotic as an H.lividum?
Would love to know as I adore colourful Ts but am still quite new to the hobby and haven't progressed further than Avics in terms of attitude (or lack of!)

@ Avic:

Lee has these quite often. Mine is still young at about 4", pretty skittish and will flick hair after a bit of disturbance, but I've never seen it show any aggression.

Hmmm, I thought you might catch a look.
Thanks again, if we are successful you'll be having a few of these as well.

Same here, she isn't very defensive.

Looking for comparision photo

I'd like to see a single good comparision photo showing the legs and carapace of X. immanis, intermedia, monstrosa, "blue", "white" and "hell" species in spiderling, juvenile, mature male and adult female stages.

Thanks.

Eh Alain.
How big is your X.immanis?
Is it by any chance 4", then maybe mine and yours could be siblings:)
Assuming you got it from Martin of course:)

Hi Chris!

I'm pretty sure they are siblings since I got mine from Martin also, And mine is also about 4".
Did you sex yours? Mine's a female:D if you have a male maybe we could arrange a breeding loan one day(if you don't see a problem with inbreeding).

Hi Alain
I haven't sexed mine yet, but I believe it's due in the next month or so.
I am still new to sexing by molt but I am getting the hang of it.
I wouldn't mind a bunch of these guys running around, as they are my favorite species.
I'll let you know when I find out:)
